Chick-fil-A is celebrating Cow Appreciation Day on July 9th for the 15th year in a row, giving away free entrees to those who choose to participate. If you want to score some free chicken, show up to one of the 2,400-plus participating locations wearing a cow costume or any sort of cow apparel. The promotion runs from the time stores open on 7/9, until 7PM that same day.
Many people probably won’t feel like wearing a full cow costume, especially is stopping there during your lunch break at work. But thankfully a cow-themed accessory will be deemed sufficient to receive free food.
Chick-fil-A is giving away free breakfast options, including the chicken biscuit, the four-count of Chick-n-Minis, and the hash brown scramble bowl. Most lunch entrées, except salads, are available as part of the giveaway — including chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and Chick-n-Strips.
For children, Kid’s Meals featuring Chick-n-Strips and nuggets (both traditional and grilled) are also available.
