  1. I AM JUST WONDERING IF ALL EGIFTER WANTED WAS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

The reason they cancelled my order was: “Our systems are designed to prevent unauthorized transactions. Sometimes the system can be too cautious and decline valid transactions.

In these cases, we recommend that you try again using a different payment method.”

I entered a valid credit card that I have never had any problems with.

I THINK I WILL NEED TO MONITER ACTIVITY ON THIS CARD CLOSELY FOR A LONG TIME.

  2. I also could not find where to enter the LOWES3 code. I thought when I hit “place order” or words to that effect–I can’t remember that a place for the code would come up. This was the first time I was using this site. Instead I got a confirmation no. I tried to immediately contact them to cancel my order but could not find any quick way to do it. Then I saw in my email that they cancelled the order. I was relieved. After that I searched to see if they were legitimate and found that they cancel a lot of orders. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SITE AGAIN. There seems to be frequent offers for 10% off LOWES gift cards. Ebay has them from time to time but I never go there just to see if they are available.

      • that egifter lowe’s deal has been around for well over a week — mostly down — but occasionally seeming to be available. BUT e-gifter has destroyed their credibility — by cancelling any and nearly all orders, even from previously established customers using their exact credentials and cc’s from previous transactions. know of a few who claim their orders went through; but they’ve been the exception. Mark this outlet down as yet another woefully compromised and unreliable gc merchant.
