If you had trouble yesterday, or still do, in accessing the Chase website and its mobile app, you’re not alone. Chase Support confirmed for Business Insider that “some customers are having trouble accessing the mobile app and our website.”
Issues were reported from many cities including Los Angeles, Houston, New York, Chicago, Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco, Brooklyn, San Diego, Las Vegas, and more. There’s still some issues, but most people should be available to access their accounts now.
This comes just days after Wells Fargo had a power shutdown at one of its main data centers that caused a cascade of issues that halted many of the bank’s core operations.
