Due to TSA absences, Miami airport will temporarily close one terminal early for 3 days

Miami International Airport will close a terminal early for three days because of a shortage of Transportation Security Administration screeners. The security checkpoints in terminal G will be closed after 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Read more here.

Norwegian Air 737 has been stuck in Iran for 4 weeks

A Norwegian Air jet diverted into Shiraz, Iran, last month because of a technical issue, but the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft hasn’t been able to leave the country since. The plane apparently is stuck due to U.S. sanctions in Tehran’s nuclear program that blocks civilian aircraft sales and restricts service and replacement parts. AI Being Used To Bust Those Netflix Account Moochers

At a technology event in Las Vegas, a software firm Synamedia unveiled their Orwellian AI system which has been created to track down any account that has been sharing login information with another. The software works by analyzing geolocation data to determine which accounts are logged in at any one time and from where. By doing so they can see who is sharing their credentials and where. It can even decipher your location type like your home, work or if you are accessing from a hotel or vacation location. Read more here.

A whopping 58% of MoviePass users canceled their subscriptions last year, according to a new study

According to an estimate from financial assistance app Trim, which analysed 400 million transactions of its users over the last year, 58% of MoviePass subscribers canceled the service in 2018. Read more here.
