Guru’s Wrap-Up

Great deals and they could run out soon. We rarely see 20% off these brands. These are moneymaking deals for most people. You can also net some extra savings by using Discover it and Chase Freedom cards which are offering 5X at Wholesale Clubs this quarter.

If you don’t have an account, you when you can apply through a referral, where you’ll end up paying only $15. You can also pay $10 for a online only membership if you do not have a location nearby.

I suggest signing up for instant Notifications For New Deals From Danny the Deal Guru, so you don’t miss out on any good time-sensitive deals in the future. You’ll get a notification on your screen every time a deal like this comes around. I don’t send out notifications for every post. If you want every post emailed to you, then subscribe for emailed posts on the right hand column on the site.

  2. SW has a 45 day hold when listing on Raise making this hard for resell, but good for personal use. Bonus if you have SW CP.

    • Thanks CnB for the alert. Reminds me of the holds I discovered after the purchase & listing on the Marriott gc’s…. (which I was able to get removed with submitted proof of purchase) I gather this Raise hold policy in effect on all travel cards? Happens I’ve noticed about 350 new $200 Southwest listings via raise — so I’m guessing quite a few Raise sellers get past the 45 day delay…. bulk-sellers, all?
