Priority Pass has announced a price increase for member visits to lounges that will go into effective on 18 September 2018. Members who have acces to the lounges and are required to pay, will have to soon spend $32 instead of $27 which is the current price. This price increase will affect Standardmembers the most. That’s the cheapest plan offered by Priority Pass for $99 a year. Those members have to pay for every visit. Other memberships will mostly be affected when bringing guests alsong.
Many readers probably do not pay for a Priority Pass membership, but get it for free from a premium card such as Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, US Bank Altitude Reserve and others. This price increase will only affect you if you bring more guests than its allowed under your plan.
