We do not know yet if the Chase World of Hyatt Credit Card falls under the Chase 5/24 rule yet. The old Hyatt card didn’t and hopefully this one doesn’t either. The card doesn’t fall under the Chase 5/24 rule.
The new Chase World of Hyatt Credit Card better product than the old card which is still available by the way. You get 20,000 more points, while the annual fee goes up by $20 to $95. The earning rates are also slightly better and you get the option to earn a second free night annually after spending $15,000 in an anniversary year. If you value those free night, and especially if you;re able to put $15,000 in spend on the card, then it should be worth keeping the card long term also.
