Fourth Round Of BlueBird/Serve Shutdowns

If you’ve just entered the MS world in the last few months, you probably don’t know what Serve and Bluebird is. It’s now part of the “good old times”. But there’s actually some more people out there that still have those cards and Amex is apparently still going after them. has anyone successfully reopened serve/bb after being shut down?
does using a different phone #, email, address work? or is it all tied to the SSN?
