Norwegian Air has some crazy low prices right now on flights to Europe from JFK as Airfare Spot reports. You can fly to Nordic cities such as Oslo, Copenhagen or Stockholm for around $300 round trip, non-stop.
A trip to Oslo for example, will cost just $281 in February of 2017. But View From the Wing writes that you can do even better if you book on the UK site on Norwegian Air. Prices will be about $30 cheaper, so this same flight will cost just $252.
Looks like these prices are available for January, February and March of next year, but if you’re thinking about booking you should probably do it quick before they disappear. The reason for these low prices is because it’s low season. If you want an idea of what Oslo is like in February, the average minimum temperature is about 19°F, and the average maximum temperature is 30°F. The city receives 3 hours of sunshine per day and there is a lot of snow.
Make sure you use a credit card that doesn’t have foreign transaction fees since you’ll be charged in British Pounds on the UK site. Maybe you can start putting that Chase Sapphire Reserve card to use and also get 3x back in UR.
