JetBlue has a sale with fares starting at just $39 one-way (or 1,800 TruBlue pts + $5.60). This is a good opportunity to look for cheap flights if you signed up for the Virgin America points match promo. If you’re in NYC, there’s $44 flights to and from Nantucket, so that would be a great deal at $86.20 round trip. You can book flights starting from 8/22, which is within the 8/31 deadline required for the Virgin America points match promo. You can also fly to Boston for about $98 RT. I booked two Boston flights during last promo.
Or come right back if you’re not interested in staying anywhere. Leave JFK at 7:29AM and you’re back by 10:18AM.
You can use TrueBlue points to book these flights and you can get some good value on some flights. Check out these new JetBlue cards if you need extra points.
