The new Chase Freedom Unlimited card has been available for a few days now, but only through phone and in-branch applications or through product change. Now the card has an application page online, which makes it much easier to apply.
This is a decent everyday card with the ability to earn UR points at a rate of 1.5 UR per dollar spent on all purchases, with no limit. It also comes with a $150 bonus after $500 spend within first 3 months and $25 bonus after adding authorized user and making one purchase. It has NO Annual Fee.
There’s some reports that Chase is being lenient with the 5/24 rule when it comes to Freedom Unlimited applications, but apply at your own risk. You can chose to product change a current Freedom/Sapphire/Slate card to the Freedom Unlimited, but you won’t get the sign up bonus.
