The lawsuit claims that Snyder’s-Lance violated certain laws in making certain “All Natural,” “Natural,” “Naturally,” and/or “All Natural Ingredients” statements on the labels of its Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzels, Snyder’s of Hanover Chips, Cape Cod Potato Chips, Eatsmart Naturals Snacks, Padrino’s Chips, and Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps products.
