Amex Offers have a new Lowe’s offer. Spend $150 or more, get $30 back. This is a 20% discount, but it is highly targeted. You need to sign into your online account or mobile app and check if you;re one of the lucky ones.
The highest reselling value for Lowe’s gift cards is 83.0% at CardPool for a physical gift card and slightly lower, 82.5% for code only at SaveYa. If you want to avoid the post office, then you’ll earn just 2.5%, which is $3.75 plus the MR points.
