You probably read about the Best Buy pricing error where $200 Best Buy gift card were put on sale for just $15. I placed two orders and they were supposed to arrive tomorrow.
As expected though, the orders have been canceled. I received two emails informing me that I won’t receive the gift cards. On the order that I charged on a credit card, the email read:
“Unfortunately, items on your order placed on July 14, 2015 has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information.”
On the other order, which I paid for with PayPal, they didn’t even try to give a reason:
“We’ve been actively working on your order and need to provide you an important update. Unfortunately, your item listed below has been canceled.”
